For all you Video Games Nerds who are still replaying that old Red or Blue version (and I know you're out there). If you are wanting to get yourself a Mewtwo but don't want to waste that precious Masterball of yours here is a tip.
Requirements:
You will have to be able to use both fly and surf outside of battle.
You will have to have been to Cinnabar Island.
Step one: fly to Viridian City
Step two: talk to the old man who shows you how to catch Pokemon and tell him no. This will make him show you any way.
Step three: fly to Cinnabar Island
Step Four: begin surfing on the east coast of the island half on land half on water
You will encounter alot of pokemon first but you will eventually encounter a level 132 Mewtwo (it will drop to level 100 upon gaining exp).Mewtwo only knows self defense and healing moves so don't wory about taking damage just throw plain old great balls (and yes I do meen greatballs). during the process of finding Mewtwo you may find a Pokemon known as Missingno, do not under any circumstanse catch it. Just run and you will find that the item in your sixth slot has been duplicated nine time. I took this oppurtunity to clone my master ball, rare candy, and all my tm's.
